Blog Author Michelle Roy

Hi! My name is Michelle Roy, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to my corner of the internet — a blog where I share my thoughts, knowledge, and sources of inspiration. Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by both finance and music — two seemingly opposite worlds that harmoniously coexist in my life. One is about logic, calculations, and strategy; the other is about feelings, emotions, and creativity. This blog reflects my internal balance between rationality and passion.

Here you’ll find useful information, motivation, reflections, and perhaps something that resonates with your own story. I truly believe that everyone is unique, and in that uniqueness lies our power. Welcome to my world!

Education

My journey into the world of knowledge hasn’t been linear, but it’s been deeply enriching. I’ve always been curious, constantly asking questions like: How does the economy work? Why do some people achieve financial success while others don’t? These questions eventually led me to pursue a formal education in economics and finance.

I graduated from university with honors, focusing not only on financial analytics and investment strategies but also behavioral economics — because the human factor in finance is often more important than numbers themselves. During my studies, I actively participated in academic conferences, led a student finance club, and completed internships at banks and investment firms.

But my learning didn’t stop there. I’m constantly self-educating — taking online courses, reading specialized books, and attending workshops. Right now, I’m also expanding my expertise in digital marketing to better promote my own projects and help others grow theirs.

I’m convinced that education is not a diploma but an ongoing process of development. That’s the mindset I bring to my blog — making complex things understandable and accessible for everyone.

Personal Interests and Hobbies

While finance plays a big role in my life, I never forget to feed my soul. Music is my second passion and has been with me since childhood. I play the piano, compose small pieces, and have a deep love for jazz. Music allows me to express what words cannot.

I’m also fascinated by psychology, particularly self-development and mindfulness. I enjoy reading Jung, Frankl, and exploring modern neuroscience. It helps me better understand myself and others — and brings depth to the content I create.

My hobbies also include traveling and photography. I love exploring new cities, hidden streets, scents, and cultures. And of course, I always bring my camera. It’s important for me not just to visit places, but to feel them, capture them in images and memory.

I practice yoga and meditation regularly. They provide me with clarity and calm in the chaos of modern life. All of these interests help me stay balanced, inspired, and, I hope, to inspire others. I believe that true growth is multidimensional — and it’s this wholeness that makes us truly alive.

Goals and Ambitions

My blog isn’t just a platform for self-expression; it’s part of a bigger dream. I want to build a community of mindful, free, and financially literate people who are unafraid to change their lives and take full responsibility for them.

One of my key goals is to demystify personal finance. I want to make financial literacy less intimidating and more approachable. I dream of creating a signature course that combines practical knowledge with a psychological approach to money — because our beliefs and fears are often the true drivers behind financial decisions.

Another ambition of mine is to launch a support fund for young women who want to grow in finance, tech, or business but lack the resources to get started.

And of course, I haven’t forgotten about creativity. I’m currently working on a collection of piano etudes, each inspired by different cities and the stories within them. Because I believe that when rational thought meets emotion, something truly beautiful is born.

My mission is to inspire, educate, and uplift. I want to be the voice that quietly but powerfully shifts someone’s life — the words they’ll remember when they finally take that leap forward.
